Simple and Worry Free “SIX STEP” Spray Painting Process…
PREPARATION
We ensure that the paint will adhere to the surface with a preparation method that includes high-pressure washing and blasting (as needed) to remove grime, grease, and any old or deteriorating paint on aluminium siding for example.
INSPECTION
We inspect the siding for any spots that require minor repairs. We also check the caulking around doors and windows for cracks and see whether it needs to be replaced in the process. We also remove any accessories, such as louvers, lighting fixtures, letterboxes, and the building’s number fixture, again taking the time to do it right.
MASKING
We mask and protect openings (doors and windows) and other surfaces such as roofing shingles, foundations, or permanent lighting fixtures.
SPRAY PAINTING
We prepare and apply the paint using a low-pressure spray gun and apply a primer as needed, as well as finishing layers until the paint coverage meets our standards.
CLEAN UP
We remove the masking paper and proceed to cleaning and reinstallation of all the accessories.
QUALITY CHECK
We perform quality control checks and complete a follow-up with the client to make sure we have reached 100% customer satisfaction.
